What StarPing does
StarPing is a service that helps UK trade businesses collect Google reviews by automatically sending personalised SMS messages to customers after a job is completed. By using StarPing, you agree to these terms.
No spam
You must not use StarPing to send unsolicited messages. The service is intended for sending review requests to genuine customers who have recently used your business. Misuse of the platform to send bulk, irrelevant, or harassing messages is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Your responsibility to contact customers
You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate basis to contact the customers whose numbers you add to StarPing. By adding a customer, you confirm that they are a real customer of your business and that contacting them by SMS is appropriate in your circumstances.
StarPing is not responsible for any messages sent using numbers you have added to the platform.
Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms, engages in misuse, or is found to be using the service in a way that could harm others or damage StarPing's reputation with SMS carriers.
Free trial and billing
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Pricing is shown on our website and may change with reasonable notice.
Cancel anytime
There are no contracts or minimum terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Limitation of liability
StarPing is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including failure to deliver SMS messages due to carrier issues beyond our control.
